Yes, absolutely. Every member of the Tidy Tribe team undergoes a thorough criminal background check before their first day on the job, giving you complete peace of mind when our team is in your home or business.

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code so we can clean while they are at work or running errands. We handle your home with the highest level of trust and care. If you prefer to be home during your first clean, that is perfectly fine too.

Yes. We use only Health Canada-approved, eco-conscious cleaning products that are effective on dirt and bacteria but free from harsh chemicals, toxic residues, and artificial fragrances. Our products are safe for children, pets, and family members with allergies or asthma. Fragrance-free options are available on request.

We provide both residential and commercial cleaning in Calgary and Lloydminster, plus select nearby communities. We are open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday, with day, evening and overnight cleaning available subject to team availability. Final availability is confirmed from the property address.

Deep Cleaning includes floor mopping and vacuuming, detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning, kitchen appliance exteriors, exterior drawers and cabinets, baseboards and door frames, interior windows, shower and tub scrubbing and descaling, detailed dusting, accessible window tracks, switches, handles, cobweb removal and garbage bins. It does not include the interiors of kitchen appliances, cabinets or drawers.

Current package rates are published on our Pricing page. Standard recurring cleaning starts at $150, Deep Cleaning starts at $275, and Move-In/Out Cleaning starts at $345. Prices are GST exclusive. The final scope and amount are confirmed before service.

Residential package rates are based on home size, package type and, for Standard Cleaning, visit frequency. Commercial work and services outside a listed package are quoted from the facility, condition, scope and schedule. You receive a clear amount before service begins.

No. Eco-friendly, Health Canada-approved products are standard with every Tidy Tribe clean at no additional cost. We believe responsible cleaning should be the default, not a premium upgrade.

Yes. The Standard Cleaning table lists separate weekly, biweekly and monthly rates for each supported home size. Please use the current Pricing page or downloadable charges PDF rather than applying a separate percentage discount.

We accept Interac e-transfer and cash. Payment arrangements and the final amount are confirmed before service.

We recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours in advance for standard residential cleans. For deep cleans, move-out cleans, or commercial services, three to five business days notice is preferred. During peak seasons (spring and pre-holiday), earlier booking is strongly advised. Last-minute requests are accommodated based on availability.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. You can reschedule your booking at any time through your online account or by contacting our booking team. Rescheduling is free of charge when done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to find a new time that works perfectly for you.

Same-day cleaning is available on a limited basis depending on team availability in your area. Contact us directly by phone for the fastest response on same-day requests. We always do our best to accommodate urgent needs, especially for move-out situations with tight landlord deadlines.

Yes. Our team arrives with a vacuum and the cleaning supplies needed for the confirmed package, including eco-friendly, Health Canada-approved products. If you prefer a specific product you supply or need a fragrance-free clean, add that request to your booking.

We are open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday. Day, evening and overnight cleaning is available for homes and businesses, subject to team availability and confirmation.
