  • Booking details: property size, service preferences, access instructions, and any special requests you provide.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you choose to subscribe to cleaning tips and offers.
  • Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, referring page, and interactions used to keep our website working well.
  • Campaign attribution: with your permission, advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters (such as GCLID and UTM values) used to understand which campaigns produced quote requests or bookings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide quotes, schedule cleanings, and deliver our services;
  • Communicate with you about your bookings, invoices, and service updates;
  • Respond to your questions and feedback;
  • Measure website performance, advertising effectiveness, quote requests, and bookings when you permit analytics and advertising storage;
  • Send occasional tips and offers, if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

By providing your personal information, for example, when booking a clean or requesting a quote, you consent to its collection and use for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting us using the details below.

Analytics and advertising storage is optional. You can select "Essential only" in the website privacy banner and still use our booking and quote-request services.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We only share personal information where necessary to run our business, for example with:

  • Our cleaning team members, so they can complete your booking (limited to what they need, such as your address and access instructions);
  • Trusted service providers such as payment processors, email providers, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, who process information under their applicable terms and safeguards;
  • Authorities, where required by law.

6. Safeguards and Retention

We protect your information with reasonable physical, organizational, and technological safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted staff access. We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, and ask how it has been used or disclosed. To make a request, contact our privacy contact below, we will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to keep features like the booking wizard working (for example, remembering your selections between steps). If you select "Accept analytics & ads," Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies or similar storage to measure visits, calls, quote requests, bookings, and advertising performance. Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied until you make that choice.

Campaign parameters may be retained in first-party browser storage so a submitted inquiry can be attributed to the campaign that brought you to the site. You can clear browser storage at any time. Selecting "Essential only" prevents optional Google storage.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website.
